Experience worry-free shopping, knowing all orders can undergo a full refund, minus the original non-refundable shipping and gift wrap fees when returned within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at to receive an RMA Number and address to send the product back. Please ensure the item is unopened with its original packaging and factory seal intact. Customers can expect to receive the refund in their account within one billing cycle after we receive the item.
Please note that skincare, haircare, roll-on-based products, and aerosol items cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons – please choose these items carefully.
Travel Sizes / Sample Sizes, Testers, Cosmetically Flawed, and Unboxed products are also considered Final Sale items.
For convenience, we can provide return shipping labels with a $8.95 deduction from the refund amount for label usage and return coordination. Return shipping costs remain non-refundable in undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned packages unless our error caused the issue.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, send us an email at {} for more information.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
