Once your order was processed, for security purposes, we can’t change your order’s address. We can however if the order wasn’t shipped out yet, cancel that previous order with the wrong address. So you can place a new order with the correct address.
Return shipping costs remain non-refundable in undelivered, unclaimed, refused, or returned packages unless our error caused the issue.
Yes you can track the Status of your order(s), locate the Navigation Bar on the top of the page and under Customer Help, click on the Shipping and Tracking Link. Enter your Order Number to see the Status of your package.
At FragranceXtreme, we follow all PCI compliance requirements for online payments and don’t store any Credit or Debit Cards on file.
Yes, For New Jersey Residents: Local and county sales tax applies to your order. Orders shipped outside NJ are tax-exempt. Ensure your shipping address is correct.

At FragranceXtreme, we strive to consolidate your items into one convenient shipment whenever possible. However, if your order is too heavy or contains bulky products, it may arrive in separate packages for faster delivery. Additionally, If you place multiple individual or separate orders it will arrive in separate packages. Rest assured, you’ll receive clear shipping details during checkout so you know what to expect.

In a rare event your order or a portion of your shipment arrives damaged, contact our customer service right away via email. This allows us to promptly file a claim with the carrier. Please retain all original packaging for that order after reporting the issue. Once the claim process is complete, we’ll swiftly send you a replacement order at no extra cost.
